The Scoop:
Beautiful place, but the staff and service were disappointing. They don't seem to be very "family friendly" and treated our 11 year-old son as if he were an unwelcome pet. We've stayed in some of the nicest B&Bs and inns in New England and haven't encountered this type of behaviour before. Despite the views, room and location, it soured or experience and we checked out the next day.

Pros:
Lovely inn, centrally located to shops, restaurants and sites.

Cons:
Service and attitude of staff.
