Rich and Deb are hospitable hosts at this B&B located in residential West Barnstable.

Pros:
Very clean very spacious room, with a real fireplace, refrigerator and other standard amenities. Conveniently located for Sandwich and Hyannis destinations, and a good value. Nice backyard view of bird life.

Cons:
Didn't have time to try breakfast, but the single table looked a bit cramped for privacy. Not sure if you can get breakfast in your room.
